Just like physical fitness involves going to the gym or taking a walk, mental fitness involves simple, repeated exercises that strengthen your ability to face life’s challenges with a more positive and resilient mindset. It’s not about ignoring stress or pretending things are fine, it’s about building the internal capacity to respond with clarity, empathy, and purpose. We'll explore mental fitness through the lens of Positive Intelligence ®, a research-based framework developed by Shirzad Chamine.
